Luxury villa in the village of Đenaši, in the hinterland of Sveti Stefan, area of 350m2, it was built in 1907.
It was renovated two years ago but retained the look of the old Paštrovska house surrounded by Mediterranean herbs on a plot of 1000m2.
The house has three floors. On the ground floor there is an apartment with one bedroom, a living room and a bathroom.
From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the pool, courtyard and the sea.
On the first floor there is a fully furnished working room with a safe and a terrace with a sea view, a living room, a fireplace with a seating area and a bathroom.
On the second floor there are two apartments.
All apartments have large double beds and mini bars.
Furniture is handmade.
They also have a Jacuzzi and 1 apartment and a hydromassage cabin.
The villa is air-conditioned. In the yard there is a pool with a beach mall. The yard is surrounded by a stone wall, a gate and a wrought iron enclosure. In the courtyard there is a parking lot for several cars.
